Project implementation

Supporting Carbgem - Japanese partner in conducting in-depth interviews with infectious disease experts in Vietnam

As part of a project led by CarbGeM, a Japan-based biotechnology company, to assess the application potential of two medical technology products in Vietnam, Pivie was assigned the additional task of organizing qualitative, in-depth interviews with leading experts. The objective was to collect objective, high-quality insights from a professional and clinical perspective.

Pivie trained interview moderators, organized face-to-face interviews in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue, and coordinated online interviews connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with the partner team in Japan.

Partnering with K-Labtech in an Internal Training Program

As part of K-Labtech’s internal training program—a company operating in the fields of laboratory diagnostics and biomedical technology—Pivie had the opportunity to collaborate in organizing the program and providing a subject-matter expert for the specialized session titled “Autoantibodies in Autoimmune Diseases and the Testing of Selected Immune Components.”
