1. Professional requirements and selection criteria – Pivie ensures personnel meet standards in terms of expertise, experience, and certification. If the partner has not yet clearly defined their requirements, we provide consultation to develop suitable criteria, including working hours, collaboration format (full-time, part-time, session-based consulting). During the first month after recruitment or project initiation, Pivie proactively supports feedback collection between personnel and the partner to ensure work effectiveness and timely adjustments if necessary.

2. Implementation timeline and process – Pivie guarantees timely and flexible deployment according to partner needs. For urgent requests, additional fees may apply depending on the project’s nature.

3. Confidentiality and partnership agreements – All personnel provided by Pivie strictly comply with confidentiality regulations and sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Partnership contracts clearly define responsibilities to protect rights and prevent disputes.

4. Costs and payment terms – Service fees are calculated based on expertise, duration of collaboration, and specific requirements. Pivie optimizes the quotation after detailed discussions to ensure partners receive the highest value at reasonable costs.
