Pivie has collaborated with MIMS—a leading organization in the fields of medical communications and medical education with more than six decades of experience—to implement several professional projects in the Vietnamese market.
Throughout the partnership, Pivie has delivered services related to the translation and interpretation of academic materials, while also supporting communications initiatives for training programs and professional events organized by MIMS.
Key Activities During the Collaboration
1. Translation of Educational, Communications, and Marketing Materials
Pivie was responsible for bilingual translation (Vietnamese–English) of academic content, lecture slides, and communications and marketing materials used in courses on the platform education.mims.com/vn.
All translations were carried out by translators with medical backgrounds, ensuring accuracy in terminology and specialized content. Materials were delivered on schedule, effectively supporting MIMS’s training activities and academic outreach.
2. Online Interpretation for the MIMS MEDU Webinar Series
Pivie provided online interpretation services for a series of six thematic webinars under the MIMS MEDU Campaign, from Q3 2024 through the end of Q2 2025.
The interpreting team possessed solid medical knowledge and was trained in real-time response and situation handling in online environments. Through this, Pivie helped facilitate seamless communication between international speakers and Vietnamese healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity and clarity in knowledge sharing.
3. Communications Campaign Implementation for Professional Events
As part of the collaboration, Pivie designed and implemented a communications campaign for a webinar titled “Mental Health in Medicine: Strategies to Support Physicians’ Well-being.” The team quickly identified an appropriate communications approach and developed a strategic rollout plan in under one week. The event attracted strong interest from the Vietnamese medical community, achieving:
Following this, Pivie successfully entered into a comprehensive communications partnership for the MEDU program, implementing marketing activities to promote enrollment in online courses on education.mims.com/vn, thereby enhancing the program’s visibility and reach.
Over eight months of comprehensive communications collaboration for the MEDU program, joint activities between the two parties generated positive signals, resulting in more than 450 new registrations within this period.
