The 9th National Conference on Medical Education (VAME 2025) was held at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy on November 7–8, 2025, bringing together hundreds of experts, researchers, and medical education institutions from across Vietnam. Under the theme “Medical Education in the Digital Era: Opportunities and Challenges,” the conference created an in-depth academic forum and contributed to shaping the future direction of Vietnam’s medical education amid rapid digital transformation.

Within the event program, Pivie was proud to be selected as the provider of on-site simultaneous booth interpreting (Simultaneous Interpretation). This was a key service that ensured seamless communication between international experts and Vietnam’s medical community.

1. On-site simultaneous booth interpreting (Cabin Interpreting)
Pivie delivered full on-site booth interpreting for the plenary sessions and the official Medical Education sessions on November 8, 2025, providing English–Vietnamese and Vietnamese–English interpreting for a total of 3.5 hours.
In the context of medical education’s strong international integration, booth interpreting plays an essential role in ensuring that academic information, scientific presentations, and in-depth discussions are delivered accurately and instantly to all participants—helping bridge language barriers and strengthen professional connections.
2. Technical setup for 500 listeners
To support the large scale of the conference, Pivie deployed a modern, dedicated interpreting system, including:
- 01 standard booth (1.4m × 1.4m × 1.7m)
- Professional equipment: microphones, interpreter headsets, interpreting mixer, signal transmitter
- 500 wireless interpretation headsets for attendees
- 02 on-site technicians to ensure stable operation throughout the event
All equipment was prepared, transported, installed, and tested by Pivie in line with international standards to ensure the best possible experience for the conference.
