As a Supporting Sponsor, Pivie was honored to participate in the Vietnam Health Summit 2025—a prestigious healthcare forum that brought together more than 200 physicians, healthcare experts, researchers, policymakers, and business leaders from Vietnam and abroad.

The two-day event took place on July 21–22, 2025, at Military Central Hospital 108 in Hanoi, under the theme “Big Data and Artificial Intelligence in Medical Diagnosis and Treatment.” The Summit aimed to promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and strategic dialogue to help shape the development of a modern healthcare ecosystem in Vietnam.

Within the framework of its collaboration with Daisy Media—a leading medical communications agency in Vietnam—Pivie has jointly implemented a range of key activities, including medical content development, translation, and healthcare communications. These efforts aim to support healthcare professionals in accessing high-quality, specialized medical knowledge in an effective and practical manner.

Pivie has collaborated with MIMS – a group with over 60 years of experience in medical communications and medical education – to successfully implement a number of professional projects related to the translation and interpretation of academic materials, while also supporting communications for training programs and events organized by MIMS.

As part of a project led by CarbGeM, a Japan-based biotechnology company, to assess the application potential of two medical technology products in Vietnam, Pivie was assigned the additional task of organizing qualitative, in-depth interviews with leading experts. The objective was to collect objective, high-quality insights from a professional and clinical perspective.

Pivie trained interview moderators, organized face-to-face interviews in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue, and coordinated online interviews connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with the partner team in Japan.

As part of K-Labtech’s internal training program—a company operating in the fields of laboratory diagnostics and biomedical technology—Pivie had the opportunity to collaborate in organizing the program and providing a subject-matter expert for the specialized session titled “Autoantibodies in Autoimmune Diseases and the Testing of Selected Immune Components.”

Pivie collaborated with Droppii to implement the recruitment of a full-time Nutrition Specialist. The recruitment process was conducted within a short timeframe and followed a structured approach, including role requirement definition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and professional competency assessment. The process was designed to ensure the selected candidate met both technical qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.

Pivie has partnered with MIMS—a corporation with over 60 years of experience in medical communications and medical education—to successfully implement a range of professional projects related to the translation and interpretation of academic materials, while also supporting communications activities for training programs and events organized by MIMS.

Pivie collaborated with Daisy Media to edit and develop a series of in-depth medical articles, compiled, curated, and localized from reputable international medical references. The project focused on the field of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), with the aim of providing accurate, up-to-date, and clinically relevant information to the healthcare professional community in Vietnam.

Pivie was entrusted with translating academic materials for the Institute of Health Sciences at VinUniversity. The materials were delivered within a short timeframe while ensuring high accuracy in specialized medical content and clarity in academic language, effectively supporting the university’s teaching and learning objectives.

Pivie has officially become the medical translation and interpretation service provider for Hospital 199 under the Ministry of Public Security, contributing to the enhancement of international patient care experiences at one of the key hospitals in Central Vietnam. Through an outsourced medical language services model, Pivie aims to be part of a comprehensive solution supporting hospitals and clinics nationwide in outsourcing foreign-language services—helping optimize resources, improve patient experience, and attract international patients.

In a collaborative project with the Vinmec Healthcare System, Pivie successfully completed a large-scale workload of 2,000 general medical articles within just 25 days, meeting stringent requirements for both medical accuracy and clear, accessible information delivery. The success of this project contributed to Pivie being recognized as a strategic partner of the Vinmec Healthcare System in 2025.
